We want a digital-savvy community builder to take charge of our online voice. You will be directly responsible for building a strong community that nurtures every audience into a power user eventually. As always, you’ll be the first point of contact for our online fans and followers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop vision and strategy for the online community
  • Oversee and implement content strategy
  • Work closely with our Content Marketers to align content plans, determine key metrics to measure success of campaigns
  • Respond to incoming communications from business email and social media accounts
  • Attend networking events to build and foster relationships with key contacts in the industry

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, or any related fields is preferred
  • Experience with managing social media platforms
  • Deep insights to marketing trends and techniques
  • Excellent time management
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
