Meticulous is the name of the game. We need our Quality Analyst to have an analytical mind that is adept at problem solving. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the end product is fully functional, as well as user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

  • Review all analytic tools and help with problem solving and innovation
  • Conduct user interviews to ensure user-friendliness of product
  • Plan and implement strategy to ensure quality assurance standards
  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Ensure that user expectations are met during testing processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field is preferred
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • “Meticulous” is your middle name
