Responsibilities:

  • Review all analytic tools and help with problem solving and innovation
  • Conduct user interviews to ensure user-friendliness of product
  • Plan and implement strategy to ensure quality assurance standards
  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Ensure that user expectations are met during testing processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field is preferred
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • “Meticulous” is your middle name
